As a child, whether at family gatherings, picnics, or various holidays, I remember having fun sticking olives on my fingers. My kids did it, too. And now, so do my grandchildren. I think it may be a tradition for more than just our family. Because of our tradition with olives, we’re happy to partner with Mezzetta Olives and share our easy Vegan Kalamata Olive Dip.
Our Kalamata Olive Hummus is made with Mezzetta Appetizer Olives. Their Kalamata olives are pitted and seasoned with orange zest and dipping oil. All you need do is open the jar and serve, or mix into your favorite recipes.
Kalamata Olive Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1 – 2 cups hummus (homemade or store bought)
- 1 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained
Directions:
- Slice or dice the olives.
- Carefully stir into the hummus.
- Add seasoning of choice.
- Serve with gluten-free crackers (or your favorite crackers) or corn chips.
